This Acupressure Ring Kit is a sensory and acupressure tool and guide.
It uses Chinese and Japanese acupressure points on the fingers to alleviate and balance physical pain and emotional distress.
Each finger represents an emotion, such as anger, grief, anxiety, etc and by using this ring, you are able to soothe and distract from the emotional distress.
Simply roll the ring over the finger representing the emotional distress and move it up and down several times to reduce that emotional distress. It acts as a fidget, sensory tool, distraction for self-soothing.
The acupressure part works when we place the ring in specific pressure points on each of the fingers and leave the ring there for 5-10 minutes give you a hands-free way of reducing pain through the body.
An instruction card is provided for both physical pain and emotional distress.
