Meditations
We have written and recorded a series of meditation specifically designed to use the energy of the moon cycles and to plant seeds of manifestation.
Meditation helps the mind settle and relax. Meditation is not about stopping thinking, but about focusing on what thoughts you observe, rather then silencing any thought. When we are able to still the deep waters of our mind, we can see through the surface into the other side. This is where we communicate with our higher selves, spirit guides and gain guidance and understanding.
Meditation is aided by the moon cycles and amplified during a New Moon and Full Moon and can be a powerful ally in allowing you to connect and manifest your desires.
